As a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt, Andreas has consistently demonstrated a knack for driving teams toward achieving their highest potential. His strategic vision, coupled with a dedication to streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency, makes him an invaluable asset for the future at HERD.

As the Operations Manager, Andreas will spearhead initiatives aimed at elevating HERD’s production strategies. His focus will revolve around fine-tuning HERD’s workflow, ensuring strong coordination between departments, and implementing cutting-edge solutions that further enhance HERD’s services. This not only works to strengthen HERD’s production capabilities but ultimately means giving customers products that are both lighter and stronger.
